  • 60 minute Initial Consultation (via FaceTime, video chat, or phone)

  • Individualized recommendations for meal planning, shopping, reducing cravings, finding work/life balance, cultivating a hobby/passion, stress management, sleep, and exercise
  • Recommended readings and self-study

  • Tips for health & wellness that you can keep in your toolbox for life!

Comprehensive 6-week Plan $215

  • 60 minute Initial Consultation (via FaceTime, video chat, or phone)
  • Full summary of individualized recommendations:
    • Information on the benefits of a Plant-Based diet
    • Tips for transitioning to Plant-Based
    • Individualized recommendations for meal planning, shopping, reducing cravings, finding work/life balance, cultivating a hobby/passion, stress management, sleep, and exercise

  • 45-minute 6-week Follow up Consultation (via FaceTime, video chat, or phone)
